PresidentDan Morse

Originally from Michigan, Dan and his family moved to North Carolina in 2007. Dan has been in the construction business for over 25 years. He has done everything from working for large national builders to commercial building to local production and local custom building. With a degree in construction management and a wealth of industry experience, Dan has a proven dedication to the building industry, and an unsurpassed sense of pride in the product Triple A Homes delivers.

Dan and his wife Valerie have 3 children Ally, Abby, & Aiden (The Triple A's).

Vice President of ConstructionGerry Felton

Gerry brings a vast amount of experience to the team and is an integral part of the whole construction process. His strong leadership, a thorough commitment to seeing things through, and dedication to his job, position him as a catalyst for positive growth here at Triple A Homes. He seamlessly ties each project together between his construction managers and the trades ensuring all the while that everything is up to the standards & quality we demand to properly represent who we are.

Gerry and his wife Shaina have 4 beautiful children, Gerry, Kennedy, Katherine, & Caroline.

Director of OperationsLogan Talbo

Meet Logan, our Director of Operations. Logan successfully oversees day-to-day operations for us, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.  He is skilled in strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership. Logan strives to ensure the team is building each home as accurately and efficiently as possible and is passionate about building the highest quality custom homes so our homeowners will have a wonderful home building experience.

Logan and his wife Katie live in Holly Springs where they are raising 4 daughters and love being a part of their community.

Billing & Account ManagerValerie Morse

Valerie has over 20 years of administrative experience in and out of the construction world. She is the intermediary between the vendors and the company to make sure all bills are processed and paid in a timely manner. She is passionate about keeping the team motivated and promotes a positive, fun, healthy environment.

Valerie and her husband Dan have 3 children Ally, Abby, & Aiden (The Triple A's).

Office ManagerLaura Peters

Laura is our permitting & closing coordinator & our dashboard wizard. She brings a ton of organization and analytical techniques to our process and keeps us on track with our permitting & closings. She is also our office manager & takes care of all things office-related. Her thorough and professional dedication to each task makes her the perfect fit.

Laura and her husband Donnie live in Holly Springs with their son Ty.

Design ManagerKristen Beck

Kristen's journey with us began in 2015 as a contractor, and her exceptional skills led her to become an official employee in January 2021. With her passion for design and years of experience, Kristen partners with our customers to bring their dream homes to life. Not only does she curate the selections for our spec homes and Parade houses, but her remarkable talent has garnered her numerous Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards.

A Chapel Hill native, Kristen resides in her hometown with her daughter, Madison. She enjoys hiking and morning walks, watercolor painting, architecture, and quality time with friends! Fun fact: She's an avid learner and takes college classes just for fun...and gets all A's!

Sales ManagerLaurel Schawel

Laurel oversees the sales process from beginning to end, starting with finding the perfect plan and homesite. Need help selling your current home? Laurel can help with that too. She has worked in new construction for 18 years and is passionate about all things new homes and design. She uses her knowledge and experience to create a seamless and enjoyable process for our buyers.

Laurel and her husband Patrick have 4 children Ava, Ally, Addison, & Arden

Design Manager Mary Metcalf

Mary is the newest member of our design team. After graduating from the Massachusetts College of Art, Mary started her journey into the homebuilding world. With loads of talent and many years of experience under her belt, Mary makes an excellent addition to our team. 

Mary and her husband Ken have twins named Nathan and Sophia and they live on a small horse farm in Franklinton. 

Lead Residential Designer Michelle Huffman

Please join us in welcoming Michelle, our new Lead Residential Designer. Michelle will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' dream homes to life. She will assist at every stage of the design process to ensure that each vision is met with precision and creativity. Additionally, Michelle will oversee the development and management of Triple A Homes' extensive library of home plans, keeping it current and aligned with the latest trends and customer needs.

Michelle lives in Cary with her husband, Ross, and their children, Walker and Olivia. Walker and Olivia are following in their parents' footsteps by attending Appalachian State University.

Estimator/Operations AssistantJohn Bannister

Meet John Bannister, a valued member of our team since September 2021. With a passion for excellence, John is in charge of Purchasing and Estimating, does electrical and trim walks with CM's and customers, contributes to process improvement and showcases his IT programming skills.

In his spare time, he's a true adventurer, indulging in travel, hiking, jet skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, tennis, and pickleball! John also cherishes family life, celebrating 34 years of marriage with his lovely wife. They're proud parents of two grown children, a son and a daughter.

Construction ManagerJohn Douglas

Meet John. He is a seasoned construction manager with many years of experience in overseeing home building projects from conception to completion. He consistently demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. John is skilled in ensuring that each home he builds meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. 

John & his wife Danielle live in Apex where they are raising their 3 boys.  We are thrilled to have him as part of our team!

 

Construction ManagerDan Osgood

Dan is our newest member of the construction team.  He is responsible for supporting the overall construction process from start to finish.  He is involved in helping coordinate and schedule subcontractors, scheduling inspections, and helping to resolve issues and questions as they arise in the field.   Dan helps to ensurie that each home is up to Triple A standards from start, to finish, to warranty.

Assistant Construction ManagerConnor Haugk

Connor is responsible for supporting the overall construction management process, coordinating and scheduling sub contractors, ensuring quality work on each home, scheduling routine inspections, and resolving questions and issues as they arise. Connor is a valuable component of the construction process from ground breaking through closing and home warranty. 

Construction ManagerMike Francis

Mike comes to Triple A with many years of experience in the construction world. His role involves the start to finish construction of homes, assisting in warranty appointments, jobsite cleanliness, subcontractor/vendor relations and more.  His knowledge, skills, and experience will help him to be a successful member of the team! 

Mike lives in Apex along with his wife & daugther.

Assistant Construction ManagerNoah Holmes

Welcome Noah, our newest  Assistant Construction Manager.  This role involves assisting in the start to finish construction of all our Chatham County
projects and other opportunities as they arise. This role also involves assisting in warranty appointments,
jobsite cleanliness, subcontractor/vendor relations and more. His Knowledge, skills, and experience will
help him to be successful in this role and assist us in attaining both our short and long-term goals.

Noah lives in Apex with his wife & brand new baby boy.
