Triple A Homes, Inc., a custom home building company based in the Raleigh, NC area, builds with a purpose: design, develop and produce outstanding homes at competitive prices.

Dan Morse, President, and Owner took his love of family and his dedication to the building industry and formed Triple A Homes in 2015. Named after his three children, Ally, Abby and Aiden (the Triple A’s), Dan formed his homebuilding company with a clear direction, to offer homebuyers a personal experience.

Not only will you enjoy an outstanding experience building with Triple A Homes, but you’ll also quickly realize that they are passionate about supporting causes in their community, including the home builders’ blitz with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. They have also won numerous awards from the Home Builders Associate of Raleigh-Wake County, including Gold & Bronze for home designs during the annual Parade of Homes events.

Featuring start to finish home solutions, full design service, an onsite design studio, and a team that has over 25 years of residential home building experience, you can guarantee you’re going to get an exceptional home to fill with incredible memories.

He has done everything from working for large national builders to commercial building to local production and local custom building. With a degree in construction management and a wealth of industry experience, Dan has a proven dedication to the building industry, and an unsurpassed sense of pride in the product Triple A Homes delivers.

He seamlessly ties each project together between his construction managers and the trades ensuring all the while that everything is up to the standards & quality we demand to properly represent who we are.

Logan has worked for Triple A Homes for over 5 years now and operates as the company's Senior Construction Manager. Logan and his wife Katie live in Holly Springs where they are raising 4 daughters and love being a part of their community. He is passionate about building the highest quality custom homes and enjoys working with our homeowners to give them a wonderful home building experience.

 

Logan is responsible for overseeing the team of Construction Managers in their daily duties and training new hires, reviewing upcoming jobs in permitting and design, managing subcontractor relationships and adding on new ones, coordinating schedules for new communities and working with ownership on general operations. He strives to ensure the team is building each home as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Meet John Bannister, a valued member of our team since September 2021. With a passion for excellence, John is in charge of Purchasing and Estimating, does electrical and trim walks with CM's and customers, contributes to process improvement and showcases his IT programming skills.

In his spare time, he's a true adventurer, indulging in travel, hiking, jet skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, tennis, and pickleball! John also cherishes family life, celebrating 34 years of marriage with his lovely wife. They're proud parents of two grown children, a son and a daughter.
