Jacob Garner's journey with Triple A Homes is a great example of how investing in people pays off. He joined the team as summer help while still in school and quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a passion for the homebuilding industry. After continuing to work with the team throughout the school year, Jacob joined Triple A Homes full-time following graduation.

As Superintendent, Jacob works alongside our Construction Managers to help oversee the day-to-day progress of our homes, ensuring job sites remain organized, schedules stay on track, and quality standards are met throughout the building process. He collaborates with our trade partners and vendors while gaining valuable hands-on experience in every phase of construction.

Jacob is an important part of our growing team, and we're excited to continue investing in his development as he builds his career with Triple A Homes. He lives in Apex with his family and is proud to help build quality homes for families throughout the Triangle.
