The Parade of Homes has been an annual must-do since its inception in 1965, when local homebuilders wanted a way to showcase trends in home design, new construction techniques, and imaginative floorplans. The annual Parade of Homes is one more way that the Triangle area has put itself on the map for must-see luxury home builds.
